As-Built Surveys:

vertical dimensional
data in order that improvements may be located and

Boundary Surveys:
A survey, the primary purpose of
which is to document the perimeters, or any one of them, of a parcel or tract of
land by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments, and boundary lines
for the purpose of describing the parcel, based upon property deed research and
analysis. To be used for locating improvements on the parcel, dividing the

A survey that meets
the minimum standard detail requirements as adopted by the
American Land
Title Association, American Congress on Surveying and Mapping
and the

Topographic Surveys:
A survey of selected natural
and artificial features of a part of the earth’s surface
to determine
horizontal and vertical spatial relations for the purpose of map making.

monuments for the support or control of other

Construction
Lay-out Surveys:
A survey made, prior to or while construction is in
progress, to control elevation,
configuration and horizontal position and
dimensions, utilizing grid work and
quantity surveys for volumetric

Right Of Way Surveys:
A survey of a strip or area of land
used or proposed to be used for the planning, designing, constructing and
maintenance, according to the designated use, of: public or private way for
travel, railroads, drainage or irrigation canals, and any other public or
