2003:Primm Land Surveying is a multidisciplined
surveying firm owned by brothers Brit and Keith Primm. They
offer surveying services and consultation on both
residential and commercial survey projects applying a
combination of Optical and Global Positioning System (GPS)
procedures.
Brit and Keith have been actively
involved in the surveying profession on an extensive range
of surveying projects for the past 19 years. A few of the
projects they have worked on in those 19 years are airfield
and runway surveys in Tennessee and Kentucky, seismic and
hydrographic surveys, native allotments and mining claim
surveys on the North Slope of Alaska, rectangular and GPS
surveys in Wyoming, South Dakota and Arizona, golf courses,
subdivisions, GPS surveys, heavy construction projects and
wet land surveys in Washington and numerous lot surveys,
partitions, subdivisions, GPS surveys and heavy construction
projects in Oregon. The broad amount of experience in both
the office and field environments by working with some of
the largest surveying firms and construction with a thorough
understanding of surveying procedures. The formal education
they have obtained is through the US Army Defense Mapping
Agency Vocational Military School in Virginia and each holds
a B.S. in surveying and an A.E. in engineering from Oregon
Institute of Technology. The formal education has provided
them with the theory and legal aspect that is often involved
in the profession of surveying.
Utilizing their
formal education and the diverse background they have
obtained over the past years, Brit and Keith formed Primm
Land Surveying in 1999. We ensure our clients that not only
do they get a surveyor who has an understanding of field
procedures but also understands the theory and legal aspect
behind it. We provide a professional service utilizing state
of the art equipment and procedures. Over the years
surveying has become more of a technical profession with the
